A:/boutAmanda Dittami

Amanda Dittami is a designer, artist, creator, broken in if not modifier to, born of and possibly more; and/or less. Utilizing art as a means to express the complexity of emotions, she mimics motions and forms, prioritizes and allocates memories, reconsiders and alters them into new structures. A performer of tragedy by some strange semblance of comedy, supplemented and molded by satire, her body of work tends toward trauma from a child-like perspective. Through this approach Amanda hopes to communicate feelings of and to:

=> deteriorated nostalgic reprise;
=> forgotten, altered, restored and/or inherited memories;
=> the paradoxical comedy and tragedy of human behavior;
=> and theories concerning the observation and interpretation of the physical world and how they translate into the metaphysical world and vice versa;
